Silver Taps Remembrance

The Class of 1998 has provided, through their Class Gift, the print that captures the solemn unity at Silver Taps by Benjamin Knox to every family that is affected by Silver Taps.

The families are able to order as many prints as they would like, and Benjamin Knox personalizes prints for the direct family. Class Councils has established great contact with the Benjamin Knox Gallery, the Executive Council of Aggie Mom's Clubs, the Association of Former Students, and Aggie Muster. Because of these contacts, the families are able to choose whether they want the prints shipped directly to their home, presented at their local A&M Club or Aggie Mom's Club meeting, or delivered when they attend Aggie Muster at Reed Arena in College Station. Class Councils serves as a bridge between all of these possibilities, and sees to it that each option is carried out efficiently and effectively.

The Silver Taps Remembrance program began in August 2002.
